The 40 VA transformers by Resideo power 24V systems including thermostats, gas valves, and relays. They feature override protection and color-coded lead wires for primary connections. Energy limiting, they meet NEMA standard DC20-1992 and have type D enclosure. They meet NEC Class 2 not wet, Class 3 wet, and UL 1585 requirements

Resideo also designs transformers for specific environmental requirements and with specialized termination options.
